RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Verma Gems & Jewellers, customer satisfaction and trust are our highest priorities. We take pride in offering BIS hallmark-certified gold jewellery, certified diamond and polki jewellery, 92.5 sterling silver collections, and customised designs crafted with precision. Due to the nature of fine jewellery and fluctuating gold and gemstone prices, our return and exchange policy is designed to maintain fairness and transparency for all customers.

Customers may request an exchange of eligible jewellery within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice and certification (if applicable). The exchange value will be calculated based on the prevailing metal rate on the day of exchange and after deducting applicable making charges, wastage charges, stone value, and taxes as per company policy.

Customised jewellery orders, engraved items, special orders, and wholesale gemstone purchases are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are specifically made or sourced according to customer requirements. Bridal jewellery sets and made-to-order pieces may also be excluded from exchange unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase.

Refunds in cash are generally not provided. In cases where a return is approved under exceptional circumstances, the refund (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method and after necessary quality inspection and approval by the management.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or tampering will not be eligible for exchange. Customers are advised to inspect their jewellery at the time of purchase and follow proper care instructions to maintain its condition.

Verma Gems & Jewellers reserves the right to amend this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
