All jewellery sold by Verma Gems & Jewellers is described accurately to the best of our knowledge. Our gold jewellery is BIS hallmark-certified, and our diamond and polki jewellery is certified as applicable. Product weights, stone details, and pricing are communicated transparently at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to market fluctuations, especially in gold, silver, and gemstone rates, and the final billing amount will be based on prevailing rates on the date of purchase or order confirmation.

For customised jewellery designs, customers are required to approve the design specifications before production begins. Once a customised order is confirmed and advance payment is made, cancellations or modifications may not be permitted, as production is specifically tailored to the customer’s requirements. Delivery timelines for customised or bulk orders will be communicated in advance; however, minor delays may occur due to craftsmanship processes or market conditions.

Payments must be made through accepted modes as specified by the store. All invoices generated at the time of purchase are final and should be reviewed carefully. Customers are advised to retain their original invoice for future reference, exchange policies (if applicable), or verification purposes.

Verma Gems & Jewellers maintains strict transparency in pricing and quality; however, we are not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, negligence, or normal wear and tear after purchase. Jewellery care instructions should be followed to maintain longevity and finish.
