Orders are processed after full payment confirmation. For ready-to-ship items, dispatch is typically completed within 2–5 working days. For customised jewellery, bridal sets, or special orders, shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation, as these pieces require careful craftsmanship and quality inspection before dispatch.

All shipments are securely packed and insured, wherever applicable, to ensure protection during transit. We use reliable and trusted courier partners for delivery. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier service availability. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, Verma Gems & Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond our control.

Customers are required to provide accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. Verma Gems & Jewellers will not be responsible for delivery issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Upon dispatch, customers may receive shipment details for tracking purposes, if applicable.

Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of purchase and may vary based on order value, weight, insurance requirements, and delivery location. International shipping (if offered) may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import regulations, which shall be borne by the customer.
